Dmware began as a small consulting firm working with startups. We’ve brought it back for the moment that matters most: the shift to products where AI is the core, not a feature.

Generative tools have collapsed the cost of a prototype to near zero. That is a gift and a trap: it has never been easier to build something impressive, or harder to know whether it will hold up. The market is filling with demos that can’t survive real users, real data, or real scrutiny.
